Ben Brown Fine Arts is pleased to present Wish You Were Here, a group exhibition that captures the seductive pull of summer: the heat, the haze, the promise of elsewhere. Bringing together works by leading postwar and contemporary artists – both from the gallery’s programme and beyond – the exhibition explores the iconography of travel, the sea, and the rituals of seasonal escape, interrogated with varying degrees of irony, longing, and lucidity.

Ben Brown Fine Arts is delighted to present Chances Are You’ll Like It All Ways, a solo exhibition of works by Puerto-Rican American artist Enoc Perez to be held at the Hong Kong gallery from September 28th – November 9th. This recent series features oil paintings of Bacardi rum bottles and half-empty cocktail glasses, capturing the essence of their allure as depicted in outlandishly enticing liquor advertisements. Brimming with sensory richness, the works are infused with layers of personal and cultural meaning, exploring the deceptive promises and enduring appeal of consumer culture, while embracing art’s potential for pure beauty and pleasure.

Ben Brown Fine Arts is delighted to present New Paintings, the first solo exhibition of New York-based artist Enoc Perez to be held at the Palm Beach gallery, following his highly acclaimed solo exhibitions More Than This (Hong Kong, 2021) and The Cinematic Self (London, 2019). The exhibition features a group of large-scale paintings depicting classic landmarks from Perez’s native Puerto Rico, the imagery culled from vintage travel advertisements promoting the allure and promise of visiting this tropical island.

Enoc Perez 'More Than This features oil paintings of classic architectural works and striking modern interiors. The works in this exhibition explore the metaphorical significance of architectural spaces all over the world - particularly poignant at a time when we have been so confined and limited to our own personal spaces.
